After a significant amount of time doing research and trying to find more focus in the orientation of my education, I’ve determined that I want to pursue higher education in two primary ways: 1) completing the Umpqua Community College Expert Systems program and supplement with the Codecademy courses; 2) after making myself competitive, applying for and hopefully being accepted to Oregon State University’s Clinical Psychology program.

I have ordered a few different books unrelated to the Umpqua Community College program. I am trying to identify the research methods of Scholarship of Teaching and Learning, and then I intend to learn about programming and artificial intelligence technologies and how Psychology Teaching and Learning can supplement transformative learning outcomes. Most of the books I’ve ordered are associated with Dr. Regan Gurung of Oregon State University; pedagogy, psychology, etc.

I will have the structured classes for programming and database and artificial intelligence, etc. By winter I will be studying one class at the college, and I will need to supplement my mathematics as to be prepared for linear algebra by spring 2025.
